Is it safe?
Yes. you are coming to a reputable artist who follows all recommended safety precautions.
Please be honest about any medical conditions and follow day of / aftercare protocols.
Is it ok to get a tattoo while I’m sick?
Not a great idea. Your body is already fighting whatever is happening in your system and it needs to focus on that. Not to mention, I don’t want to get sick. Just communicate with me and we will rebook.
What should I do the day of my appointment?
Before your appointment, shower, eat a hearty meal, and do not put on any scented products or perfumes.
Please refrain from drug and alcohol use, as it has a negative effect on the tattooing process and healing.
The space is small so please keep friends to a minimum.
Where do I park?
Parking in San Francisco can be difficult. I suggest coming early and making sure not to leave anything in your car. ( seriously.)
you may consider parking at a garage and taking an Uber/lyft.
How do I reschedule or cancel appointments?
There is a link in the confirmation email that allows for changes.
Do you use safe equipment?
Yes. All needles and tubes are sterile and used only one time.
Aftercare instructions:
Leave bandage on for several hours or overnight
Remove bandage in shower and wash gently with your hand and mild soap
Pat dry gently with a clean towel
Put on an unscented, mild lotion (Lubriderm, Aveeno) a few times a day or whenever it feels dry during the healing process.
No strenuous exercise (including yoga) for 1-1/2 weeks.
No swimming, hot tubs, or saunas.
After healing, always use sunscreen.
What not to do:
Do Not pick at the healing skin.
Do Not scratch.
Do Not soak.
Do Not expose to sun.
Do Not Shave the area until you are healed.
